A few steps away from a main street and a national park. The restaurant was good, it had cold meals. Never had a better christmas before, everything was excellent.

The beds were large and the standard twin room itself was nice looking and good looking. Staff were happy to help and recommended nearby attractions. Food was excellent - plenty of options. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was funky.

Comfortable bathroom with a bathtub; always pleasant staff. We really enjoyed its breakfast for gbp 6 per person. Beautiful lobby. Alcoholic tea and juices in the poolside bar, private parking place.

The hotel is very clean, staff are loyal and breakfast is very good! This location was magnificent. Stopped by Cobbs Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes away from the venue, recommend. The bed was comfortable, we loved it. Nothing beats being in Macdonald Highlands.

Mambos, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. The property was in front of Aviemore train station. Tesco metro was just a short distance away.
